Donald L. Colvin | President, Huen New York, Inc.
Donald L. Colvin is president of Huen New York, Inc. His primary responsibilities include developing new business and overseeing all operations including design, estimating and project management.
Mr. Colvin joined Huen in 2000 as vice president and was responsible for establishing Huen New York, which has earned a reputation as one of the top electrical contractors in upstate New York. He has more than 23 years of experience in electrical construction operations.
Some of Mr. Colvin’s most notable accomplishments include bringing in more than $50 million of new business over the past five years and building the core team for Huen New York. In addition, he and the Huen New York team have earned several safety awards, including a safety award from the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) in 2008 for zero accidents.
He is one of six trustees for the local Joint Apprentice Training Committee for NECA.
Mr. Colvin also attended Cayuga State College, New York, and Clayton State University, Atlanta.
