Description: Huen completed three floors of tenant improvements for our customer which included:
- Design and installation of extensive redundant power system to feed our customer's critical computer operation that services financial markets worldwide.
- Managed tenant build out of a high tech trading area and a fire alarm system.
Electrical Systems:
- Two 480 volt, 3-phase, 4,000 Amp drawout switchboards
- Two 480 volt, 3-phase 555KVA UPS Systems with two modular battery systems and a user-interfaced mimic control panel for monitoring the entire distribution system
- Raceways for tele/data, security and audio/visual
- Extensive commissioning process which included:
- On-site primary injection testing
- NETA test on all switchboards, distribution panel boards, panel board transformers, wire and cabling sized from #14 through 750 MCM
- EMF testing
- Dranetz power monitoring system
