JOHN W. (Jack) DOUGHERTY, PE Chief Operating Officer

As Huen's chief operating officer, Jack Dougherty is responsible for the company's operation, project management, planning, strategic direction, and profit and loss for Huen's commercial operations.

Jack joined Huen as a project manager in 1993, advanced to the position of vice president of operations in 1996, and was promoted to COO in 2000. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois.

Mr. Dougherty has used his electrical engineering expertise to complete numerous design-build projects such as The Landing at Plymouth Place, Sherman Plaza Residences, Mount Carmel High School, Joliet Raceway, 55 East Erie, Lakefront Millennium Park Garage, and Church Street Condominiums.

Other high profile projects which Jack Dougherty has managed include Trump International Hotel & Tower, The Clare at Water Tower, One Museum Park East, 1720 South Michigan, One South Dearborn, Soldier Field, ABN AMRO Plaza, Little Village High School, Misericordia Skilled Nursing Home, Loyola Parking Garage, MDA City Apartments, Chicago Music & Dance Theater, AT&T Enhanced Service, Center for Nanofabrication and Molecular Self Assembly at Northwestern University, Lucent Technologies Inc., Skyline Stage at Navy Pier, BP Amoco Training and Conference Center, St. Vincent DePaul Center, and Shedd Aquarium.
