TIMOTHY INGOLIA PE, Division Manager

As manager of Huen’s commercial division, Tim Ingolia is responsible for new construction and tenant build out projects within Cook County. This includes project acquisition, management, planning, strategic direction, and profit and loss for the division’s operations.

Tim joined Huen as a project manager in 1999 and was promoted to Division Manager in 2005.

Mr. Ingolia has successfully managed various design-build and design-assist projects such as 55 East Erie and currently Waterview Tower in downtown Chicago and 340 River Road in Lemont.

Other high profile projects which Tim has been responsible for include MoMo, Misericordia Chapel, Sherman Plaza Parking Garage, ABN AMRO Plaza, Harris Bank, Loyola Parking Garage, AT&T in Lisle, Center for Nanofabrication and Molecular Self Assembly at Northwestern University, The Grand Orleans, Shedd Aquarium, and Lakeside Technology.
