Cook County Hospital

THE NEW COOK COUNTY HOSPITAL Another level of healthcare is now available to Chicago residents. As a designated regional trauma center, Cook County's need for cutting-edge technology and equipment requires the highest level of installation expertise. Huen provided power, lighting and an array of high-tech electrical systems for this 464-bed hospital, 4,127 various rooms and its 25 surgical suites.

CHILDREN'S MEMORIAL HOSPITAL Around-the-clock operation is crucial to this 237-bed facility devoted to the care of children. Huen installed and presently maintains an array of emergency and critical backup systems including generators and a new electrical substation to serve the hospital campus. Our professionals provide on-site maintenance and service for all electrical, data cabling and special systems.

MARIANJOY REHABILITATION HOSPITAL - 175,000 square foot replacement hospital with 120 private ADA accessible rooms located in Wheaton, IL. .  Installed two new 3000 Amp services and an 800 Kw generator for emergency services.  Life-safety systems included fire alarm and nurse call Other low voltage systems include tele-data, paging system, secured card access, and closed circuit television systems. Provided the owner with substantial value engineering to bring the project back into budget.   

CENTER FOR NANOFABRICATION AND MOLECULAR SELF ASSEMBLY AT NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY Huen provided all lighting, power, critical systems, life safety systems and state of the art wiring for this leading edge laboratory dedicated to the science of making materials from molecules. The research performed at this institute holds vast promise for the healthcare industry.
