Huen provided design-assist for the construction of a 47-floor, 700,000 SF mixed use residential high-rise that featured 500 luxury apartments on 45 levels in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood. The site offers views of Lake Michigan and nearby Navy Pier. The scope included complete electrical, fire alarm, security and low voltage systems.
