Huen provided design-build services for this 35,000 SF facility. The STEM school is a first of its kind for the University and a LEED Gold Project. To obtain the LEED Gold Certification we included a wind turbine and photovoltaic power systems. The STEM school features state-of-the-art security including card access to all areas, high tech cameras and specialty glass.
