Huen provided design-assist services and new electrical construction for a 63-story, 916,000 SF condominium building. As the tallest structure in the Central Station lakefront neighborhood, residents enjoyed unobstructed views of Lake Michigan and a nearby park. Scope included all power, electrical systems and low voltage systems for the building and 283 luxury residential units.
