Huen provided design-assist services for the conversion of a condominium and mixed-use structure to a 60-story, upscale apartment building. This was a partially completed structure, repurposed for residential use. Our CAD and BIM designers found a way to integrate the old and new parts of the building. We assisted the client and the designers with more cost effective distribution and power layouts to help maintain the budget while keeping the quality demanded in today’s rental market.
