A three-story, 35,000 SF addition to an existing office structure included office space, an expanded break room area with a fresh food market and video walls, three lounges, quiet rooms, high-tech restrooms, a personal storage area and an outdoor balcony with radiant heating to melt snow. Huen provided design-build services that included a new CAT 7 communications technology.
