Huen Electric served on the design-assist team for the 800-bed dormitory tower. The project included retail space and open areas. It had a sustainable design target of LEED Gold. Building Information Modeling (BIM) played a major role in the design process. The project used Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) that required cooperation among the contractors as well as a team budget.
