Description: The five story Tech One building, located in Camden’s Innovation Zone, was designed to accommodate existing businesses in the biosciences, microelectronics, advanced materials, information technology and life sciences fields. Huen provided redundant electrical service, lighting and controls designed to support the building’s green initiatives. We also provided voice and data systems, AV services and a card access system. The building has received LEED Gold certification for core and shell, and is the first public project and only the second project in the state to hold this designation.
Electrical Systems:
- Installed motion sensors and timers programmed for space functionality throughout building
- Installed LEED approved energy efficient fixtures
- Installed voice, data and audio visual capability with category 6 wiring
